Red Dao Leaves Soaking at Phuc Hung Massage

  1. Take a warm bath about 2 minutes before soaking.
  2. When the hot water is about 50 degrees Celsius, pour water and medicated water into the bath with ¼ ratios
  3. Adjust hot and cold taps according to individual peference
  4. Soak your head, body in water or use the spoon to scoop the water in the soaking tub and on the body
  5. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes depending on individual peference
  6. After bathing, soak in the bathtub and relax for 10 to 15 minutes before massage or/and accupressure session.
  7. May or may not take a bath again or let the medicine soak into the body.

Note:

Do not soak the Red Dao Leaves in the following cases:

  • Drunk people
  • Having high or low blood sugar.
  • Women who are pregnant or menstruating.
  • Feeling tired, sleepy, etc.
  1. Sauna and Steaming Sauna (Steam):

Sauna at Phuc Hung Massage:

Taking a warm bath before sauna is recommended.

Steaming Sauna (Steam)

Press the system start button and adjust the temperature to about 60oC. After the guest enters the room, the temperature will be lowered to 45oC or depending on the customer’s preference, requirements

Sauna:

After the power button is opened outside the waiting room for about 5 to 10 minutes, use a wooden spoon to water the diluted essential oil contained in the wooden bucket inside the sauna room onto the stone on the heater every 1 minute. When the room is hot, stop watering. Customers can water themselves to adjust the hot and low temperatures in the sauna.

Do not stand in windy or air conditioning area when steaming, use a towel to dry sweat, and change into dry clothes when the sauna is finished.

Do not use saunas in the following cases:
