Acupressure to treat low back pain successfully

To treat low back pain with massage in combination with acupressure, patients should take the following exercises:

Rub: Put your fingers and hands on the waist so that your palms face inward and use the bottom of the palms to rub up and down slowly so as to help the low back heat up.

Massage your back:

Use the bottom of the palms and massage painful area clockwise and vice versa. This exercise will help your back heat up.

Press with fingers:

Rub your hands together until they become warm, next put one hand on the other, and then press from the top to the bottom. Rub 5-10 times and then move to the left and the right 5-10 times.

Squeeze:

Put your hands on your hips so that tissue of the thumbs is on both sides of the spine and gently squeeze with force and then turn clockwise and vice versa for 3-5 minutes.

Crush with fingers:

Put 2 hands on both sides of the low back, the thumb on one side and the other 4 fingers on the lumbar spine and then crush both sides of back muscles. Use 2 hands to both crush and squeeze gently. Do this exercise for about 3 minutes.

Knead:

Use 2 fists to knead both sides of the low back with reasonable force. Knead each side 10-15 times at the same time. (Depending on pain levels that are severe or mild to decide to knead or not)

Acupressure:

Use your thumb to perform acupuncture at acupuncture points that are
kidney transporter, large intestine transporter and jumping circle. Perform acupuncture for about 1 minute.
